It is true that Frank will be a free agent again at the end of this year, since his contract sits as a one-year deal. Because of this, I don't believe that if another team signed him, they'd have to go with the $40 million that's owed to him. I don't think we have to worry about this, though, because Frank has made it clear that he wants to stay a Sox for his entire career. I'm just hoping that KW will sign him soon.

I'm liking our chances tonight. Colon's really been throwing the heat, and our offense WILL break out the plethora of hits once we get to the bullpen. We are going to get some revenge for our losing record in 2002 against the Halos. Fearless prediction: Colon pitches no less than eight innings.

Well, I admit I was stupid in driving off like that. I've been in a nice-sized depressive state lately, which has nixed my perkiness and good judgement, but I won't expound on anything unless someone wants to privately PM me. Yea, hangar18 is the guy in the grey Ordonez jersey. I went to his place after the game to sober up and talk some Sox and stuff. He's got a great view of the skyline from there, and seems like a very nice guy.

I believe they are...I mean, the Angels are like 5-18 since the all star break. They aren't really breaking it out this year. I don't see any less than 3 of 4 in this series going to the Sox. Cotts' game is the only ? in my book so far, as he has yet to face major league batters. Here's hoping this fearless prediction actually happens, and that KC and the Twins beat eachother up.

Yea, I got home at 3:30ish. Went to this guy from WSI's apartment (he was wearing that grey Ordonez jersey) to talk Sox and stuff. After the 8th, we went to the Stadium Club bar, where I had another drink (was NOT a good idea), and then I just left with this guy after meeting up with some of you guys in the parking lot. I had a great time though. And, Koch This, I'll get you sometime!

I just wanted to make light on the fact that 13 years ago today, Frank Thomas made his major league debut for us. He hit a tripple in his first at bat, and has been a gem for us all this time! Happy anniversary, Frank! In hoping for more success, as well as an HOF bid!
