  1. To drive runners in? I would say so. First two or three get on it is likely he needs a sac fly or a hit to drive someone in. It isn't like Grandal is a huge power hitter if that is what you look for in your clean up hitter
  2. Don't know why Eloy plays so deep against a LHP
  3. Yeah but don't think he should be a clean up hitter. He is much better at working counts and getting on base then trying to hit a flyball or a single/double to drive guys in. He is a better 2 hitter or probably 6 or 7
  4. Grandal has failed again getting the runner in
  5. Won't be back until late this year, had tommy john last year
  6. Can't believe we blew that game, twice in two innings
  7. I hope Burger is starting every day while Yoan is out. Don't split time with Garcia and Mendick
  8. I can't wait for Tanner Banks in the 10th
  9. Thought Bummer used to be mid-upper 90s

  11. I thought I saw a quote today that he was staying in Arizona and would need a rehab assignment towards the end of the month
  12. Impressive debut from Graveman
  13. 2 spot or 6 spot for Pollock is ideal IMO
  14. I mean if they were playing normal double play depth that is a DP easily
  15. Defensive positioning has carried over once again.
  16. I don't hate it against the 7-8-9 hitters in the 5th inning, our pen is a lot thinner than people think currently
  17. Just 4 innings? What in the world He threw more in his last spring training start
