QUOTE (Brian @ Jul 2, 2015 -> 12:00 PM) They said on the premiere they will show her tonight. I'm glad it's her. She's the hottest female this season to me. Her body is great, her face is good, her voice is bad.
  2. QUOTE (fathom @ Jul 2, 2015 -> 12:31 PM) Lots of speculation it's either Dodgers or Cubs How do anyone of those teams continue to have money to sign all these international guys
  3. QUOTE (fathom @ Jul 1, 2015 -> 01:50 PM) City Museum in St. Louis is just about the coolest place on earth It was so much fun when I was in middle school. It is still really cool but I went there a couple years ago with younger cousins and I couldn't do anything lol. But if you have kids it is must when in St. Louis
  4. QUOTE (BigEdWalsh @ Jul 2, 2015 -> 01:11 AM) The Cubs?! I know you were just joking around but have you ever been to Busch Stadium? About 30 minutes before every game the emcee says "welcome to baseball heaven" in regards to Busch Stadium and St. Louis. Makes me want to puke
  5. Love beating the team with the best fans in baseball in the home of baseball heaven
  6. QUOTE (greg775 @ Jul 2, 2015 -> 12:47 AM) Why bring in Carroll? Let the ushers go home, not have to sit through this. Carroll isn't that bad and is perfect for this situation
  7. QUOTE (greg775 @ Jul 2, 2015 -> 12:39 AM) See, you cannot EVER believe in this team. And I "kind of" blame that on Robin. Because this team is so fricking bizarre you just know it's gonna get owned anytime it plays a Central Division team and it'll just drop 5-6 in a row for the hell of it. I'll never believe in this team till it does it for a long, long period of time sadly. Nice to see 'em win, though. He's a perfect backup catcher and he might thrive with a better organization/hitting coach, etc. There is ability there. I've seen it. The guy is gonna hit 15-20 homers for the second straight year. That's good numbers, certainly worthy of being a backup at the worst; maybe a starter with proper development. He's hit some majestic bombs as a member of the Sox. His best drive was that one barely foul that one time on the road, I forget the stadium. My god it was deep. Let's pump the breaks on him hitting 15-20 home runs. We are nearly half way through the season and he has 7 with 2 coming the last 2 nights
  8. If I could pick one team to sweep all year it would the Cardinals.
  9. QUOTE (jeffro2525 @ Jul 1, 2015 -> 06:58 PM) This is exactly me. I've managed hotels for 10 years and travel to KC, St. Louis and make trips to U.S Cellular a few times a year...I can't spend another dollar this year even though I can get rooms for $39 or cheaper. You can hook a brother up
  10. Flowers bomb! Had to leave the game early. Dad did not want to stay any longer lol
  11. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jun 30, 2015 -> 09:06 PM) Pitchers in Major League Baseball history with 10+ strikeouts in 8 straight games: 1. Pedro Martinez 2. Chris Sale Did Pedro get to 9 games?
  12. QUOTE (flavum @ Jul 1, 2015 -> 12:16 PM) We shall see. I think they'll play and weather won't be as bad as it may seem. I think after 7:30 there is going to be strong storms/showers all night until probably 1ish (just watched the weather with them showing the future radar tonight). Some storms could be really bad and I don't know why they would want to put fans through that especially when there is more rain to come behind it
  13. QUOTE (flavum @ Jul 1, 2015 -> 12:09 PM) I think they used to have curfew rules when a lot of parks were in neighborhoods. The home team is in charge of the game starting, but once they start it's in the hands of the umpires. And when it's a teams' last time (or only time) visiting, they wait it out as long as possible. I would be in favor of playing it on the 20th. Not like Chicago and St. Louis are far apart.
  14. QUOTE (flavum @ Jul 1, 2015 -> 11:57 AM) Their only shared off day the rest of the season is July 20. They'll be there as late as possible if they have to. Isn't there some kind of rules with regards to starting a game or playing a game time wise?
  15. QUOTE (flavum @ Jul 1, 2015 -> 11:53 AM) They'll play. It's not an all day rain there. Sox off tomorrow. Cardinals stay home. They'll be there til 2am if they have to. I live here. It's suppose to rain from 7pm on for most of the night. That can change obviously. They both have an off day July 20th before they play each other in Chicago
  16. I don't see this game being played. I hope the call it sooner than risk everyone going to the game.
  17. The game being played tomorrow night doesn't look very promising

QUOTE (Jose Abreu @ Jun 30, 2015 -> 10:18 PM) Watched Impractical Jokers for the first time today... I spent most of the episode laughing. Great show You have a lot to catch up on. Such a funny ass show. Go see them live if you ever get the chance too. If you are into podcasts, Sal and Q have one that is pretty funny as well
  19. At the game. I seriously had no hope to score a run the whole game. I knew in the 2nd inning when we had bases loaded and 0 outs with Flowers and Sanchez up we wouldn't score. Such a s***ty feeling. Luckily Flowers ran into a home run to win the game!
  20. QUOTE (Leonard Zelig @ Jul 1, 2015 -> 12:04 AM) Fun game. The first 2 Sox fans I saw had a Leury Garcia jersey and a Dan Jennings t shirt jersey. Did you see me with my 1983 Frank Thomas jersey?
  21. I will be at the game. Hoping for a Chris Sale perfect game

QUOTE (Y2JImmy0 @ Jun 29, 2015 -> 09:57 PM) I really liked Bloodline on Netflix. Watched that. It was great. Took me about a week to watch it all. I watch True Detective, watched the first episode of Ballers, Brink looks interesting I will have to check that one out
  23. QUOTE (InTheDriversSeat @ Jun 29, 2015 -> 07:43 PM) I am going on Wednesday night. This will be my first visit to the new Busch Stadium. But I did attend a game at the previous Busch stadium in the early 90's before the playing surface was changed from astroturf to natural grass. I know that the Cardinals are very popular and have a huge local following in their area. Does anyone think that cheap, walk-up tickets will be available at the stadium box office? I plan on getting to the Busch Stadium around 5PM, and I am concerned that the game could sell-out. I haven't tried it but I don't think they would be cheap. It won't be any cheaper then what is on stub hub or seatgeek right now

Any new shows this past spring or that have started this summer worth a watch? Think I will watch Mr. Robot but looking for something else me and my fiancee can watch
  25. QUOTE (Y2JImmy0 @ Jun 29, 2015 -> 05:06 PM) He'll be here in 2016 regardless Yeah it seems that way. But how is having someone on the team that doesn't want to be there good for the team? I know he will be fighting for another contract if that is what happens but doesn't mean he will play good team ball. Butler is by far my favorite on my team and I really hope everything we heard from other people isn't true and he truly wants to be here and he will sign a contract for 3+ years
