  1. QUOTE (danman31 @ Jul 9, 2014 -> 11:40 PM) Everyone must be asleep. This is huge news obviously. Congrats Sox, you have a new #1 prospect. I think we are waiting for the "official" announcement
  2. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Jul 9, 2014 -> 10:00 PM) He didn't stand up to him, he basically cried to him. They should have made a move on Devin right away after he outed their original alliance but they instead did what he wanted when he had no power. He didn't really stand up to him but he actually voiced his opinion and Devin didn't even care. He set up the whole meeting to hear what people had to say and he got pissed when he heard the one thing he didn't want to hear. Lol the guy is a lunatic... But everyone pretty much wants to back door him as soon as they can. No reason to say anything to him before the veto. I am pretty sure everyone has said they wanted him out, at least from what I heard from podcasts I listen to (yes I like the show that much). He probably would of been out this week if he didn't win HOH and get to pick the people on the block first.
  3. This game was on the bullpen, not Robin.. 4 outs to go up 4 runs with only one guy on base should never end up in a loss no matter who is pitching.. End of story
  4. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Jul 9, 2014 -> 07:31 PM) The players this year on Big Brother are just as bad so far as the players last year. These players are better IMO.. Devin is a lunatic but he is still playing the game. There are only a few I can't stand. Last year there were only a few that I could stand
  5. QUOTE (RockRaines @ Jul 9, 2014 -> 09:10 PM) Lol. The guy everyone was clamping for was put in and immediately gave up most of the lead. But yeah. It's the manager. He asked why Guerra was pitching over Putnam...
  6. QUOTE (Jose Abreu @ Jul 9, 2014 -> 09:08 PM) why is Guerra pitching over Putnam? Because Robin
  7. His fastball was working fine. Why did Tyler stop calling it? Damn it!!! Bullpen f***ing sucks
  8. Apparently Red Sox fans don't realize they are still losing
  9. QUOTE (Jake @ Jul 9, 2014 -> 08:53 PM) I probably would have left Chris in, but given wide concerns about pitch count, not knowing how he felt to begin the inning (remember how our pitching coach relies on pitcher's subjective feel), and knowing we had our best reliever ready to go for the opposing team's best RHH...I don't think it's a crazy move by any stretch of the imagination. Lots of managers would have done that. I don't like Robin but he did nothing wrong in that situation
  10. He throws slower then most guys. Come on
  11. QUOTE (Jake @ Jul 9, 2014 -> 08:48 PM) Kinda like when he was cruising against the Angels and then Robin decided to leave him in with ~105 pitches and we destroyed him That was a bit different... Come on now. But I had no problem with Sale being taken out there. Not Robin's fault Jake couldn't get one out
  12. Good job Javy.. That was too close.. I guess Surkamp with pitch to Bradley and Putnam comes in? Or do we leave Guerra out there
  13. QUOTE (Jake @ Jul 9, 2014 -> 08:44 PM) I came here to make sure that Soxtalk, who melts down over Sale pitch counts, was fired up about him getting pulled with 107 pitches I was fine with him being taking out but Jake just didn't have it tonight...
  14. Shouldn't the catcher be backing up 1B and not the 2B there?
  15. QUOTE (Chilihead90 @ Jul 9, 2014 -> 08:04 PM) I am pretty sure McEwing made contact with De Aza anyway. That was a very poor 3B coaching job by McEwing.. Why was he so close to the bag
  16. I didn't even notice Jose has a higher average then Alexei now
  17. QUOTE (Chilihead90 @ Jul 9, 2014 -> 07:47 PM) Seriously. That pitch looked a couple inches outside. The umps owe us a few
