I don't doubt it, I was just responding to him. LaRoche isn't even that good against righties anyways, I would sit him too.

I have a hard time picturing Abreu making the throw from 3rd to 1st with his swollen finger.

My Sox spidey-sense has me thinking that (if that happened) in all likelihood, this team would probably string together 2-3 weeks of somewhat coherent baseball, purely to spite everyone (including the decision makers).
