  1. Good job cutting that ball off and leaving him at first.
  2. QUOTE (raBBit @ May 4, 2016 -> 12:59 PM) He was out for like a week with a wrist thing in the middle of April. Didn't he have a fractured wrist at some point a couple years ago? Edit: he did. I wonder if it's the same wrist he broke?
  3. How bad would it be for cubs fans to make it to the series only to be swept by the White Sox? Lol
  4. @philrogers FanGraphs now has Adam Eaton at +13 defensive runs saved. Next best in majors: Brandon Crawford, Nolan Arenado at +7 each. AJax has been an unsung hero for this team. Allowing Eaton to shift to right and become great.
  5. I never gave Tex a thought because the guy I thought about from NY was Beltran. I'm sure Beltran wouldn't cost a ton especially since he's in his last year of his contract and starting out slow.
  6. QUOTE (raBBit @ May 4, 2016 -> 12:35 PM) Unknowingly took a supplement that had an illegal ingredient. He accomplished nothing before he got busted. If I was a professional athlete I'd be nervous about anything that I take or eat. I.e. The Texans OT tested positive for PEDs because of something that was in meat in Mexico. Crazy
  7. QUOTE (raBBit @ May 4, 2016 -> 01:05 PM) I agree under a few caveats. 1.) The Yankees have to continue to suck obviously. 2.) The Yankees have to eat some money. 3.) He has to rebound a bit. Dude had trouble with his wrists his whole career. It'd only be for the rest of this season, but you want to make sure he's not doing a Paulie fall off the cliff. L CF Eaton S LF Melky R 1B Abreu R 3B Frazier S DH Texiera R 3B Lawrie L/S C Avila/Navarro S/R SS Rollins/Saladino R CF Jackson That's so much better than what we have right now. I'd be on board. What happened with his wrists? Did he fracture them at some point? I know he's had issues and obviously hurts his swing and production.
  8. We didn't end on the best of terms John but it was a nice ride early on. Thanks for your hard work man! Long live the blackout game
  9. QUOTE (flavum @ May 3, 2016 -> 10:15 PM) Royals threatening in the 9th. Papelbon blows the save. Close to giving it up altogether. f*** Papelbon though Edit: walk off win for Royals
  10. QUOTE (Y2JImmy0 @ May 3, 2016 -> 09:54 AM) Zack Collins is my guy at 10 as well. He can rake from the LH side and has big time on base skills. He has plus power potential and gets on base at like a .500 clip. He has also improved his defensive skills. Seems like a no brainer but I don't know much about these prospects as I don't follow the baseball draft as much as the NFL draft. We're also s month away so I'm starting to dive in deeper. I seen Delvin Perez mocked to us but that seems like a big stretch that he'd make it to 10. I want a hitter badly but I'd be ok with a pitcher as BPA because we can develop pitching. Collins sounds like Schwarber sort of (really good bat) but better at catching no?
  11. Woooot! Good game to watch. Great defense again. Q is a stud. Pen is lockdown tight. More late runs. This team is awesome
  12. QUOTE (Dick Allen @ May 3, 2016 -> 10:00 PM) If Robertson holds them, that would be 5 decisions in 6 starts for Q. Q has some good karma going right now.
  13. QUOTE (caulfield12 @ May 3, 2016 -> 09:46 PM) Armando Galarraga Jim Joyce at first. From my hometown of Toledo, OH
