Rockies bought out Morneau's option. Do they have any bad contracts where a 1-for-1 swap makes sense for LaRoche (not CarGo)?

Mlbtr had a breakdown of every team and the biggest contract they have given out in their history. Biggest Sox contract? 6/68 to Jose Abreu. They aren't going to sign Heyward, Upton, or Cespedes guys.
