  1. That's about the gist of it. KW is in way over his head.

I don't want Cotts and his 87 MPH blazer either

I loved watching Foulke shove it right back down the throats of JR and KW by saving the AllStar Game for the American League in the ballpark he used to call home. f*** Botch. He's done..... unless he can get his finesse stuff working..... preferably not down the middle of home plate and belt-high either

It was reported that Maggs expressed interest in playing for SD and SD is looking to acquire a few big names for next season's inaugural of their new ballpark. I don't think Maggs is going to be going anywhere though.

I'm not even gonna ask what you plan on doing to her snaggle tooth in your fantasy
  6. And that stat is huge when you win a ballgame by one run
  7. CubKilla replied to clujer420's topic in SLaM
Jewel is hot but she really should get that snaggle tooth fixed to achieve complete babedom
  8. Oakland must have laid the smackdown late. It was 1-1 in the 7th last I heard
  9. All right then..... I'll say it. Letting Botch close games in late August..... especially if this team is making a move, would be the worst possible thing this Organization could do. What if Gordon is dominating as a closer? JR and KW dumbasses signed that waste of BP space during the offseason before he threw one pitch in a White Sox uniform. They both deserve what they got/will get..... especially if you bring Botch in to close with anything less than a 4 run lead. He sucks. If he don't throw one more pitch in a White Sox uniform this season, you won't hear a peep out of me.
  10. Don't forget about Danny Wrong and Jon Garland when talking about pre-season "breakout years"

Depending on the evidence and what the court allows..... it's hard to tell. Each case is different. If the forensic evidence is as good as reported, being that this case will probably be tried in Eagle County and not in LA, I think Kobe's going to be found guilty. But I may change that after the trial starts based on what I know the judge is allowing/not allowing.

That's the defenses side. The prosecution will say the exact opposite. That's why there will be a trial.

Sure she could. But forensic analysis of her broken leg would reveal the damage to be self-inflicted. Forensics is really a wonderful thing. Blood-splatter, blood-pooling, insect larvae..... there are so many ways a good crime scene investigator can strengthen or weaken a criminal case. A leg would break a different way if someone hit her as opposed to her hitting herself. Of course she could have an accomplice hit her, but the bat would be taken into evidence and, more than likely, she'd have to answer up to police as to why the accused fingerprints aren't on it.

"Wounds" usually cover your scratches, bruises, cuts, abrasions, lacerations, etc.

Forcible sex against the will of the victim is the general definition of rape.

Ito allowing the OJ Murder Trial to become the LAPD/"N" Word Trial didn't help either. I'm shocked that people still think OJ Simpson was tried. Everyone BUT OJ Simpson was put on trial. That's why OJ walked.

The evidence is there. You not only have witness statements, you have forensic evidence as well. No evidence, no trial. And trust me when I say this..... in dealing with states attorneys in the past and their precious "conviction rates" that they hold so dear to themselves..... felony criminal charges are never filed in cases of rape unless you have plenty of evidence pointing to a violent incident that was non-consensual. "Non-consensual" being key.

The rights, as I understand them, are still afforded to her. However, the fact that she has accused falsely before can be brought up by the defense. And the past accusation has to be proven false. If she has accused before and an arrest was made but the defendant was found not guilty, she has all of the protections. Habitual accusers are usually mentally unstable and the accusations are easily cleared. But, as I stated before, this is EXTREMELY rare. I know cw knows, but I wonder if the people on this board that claim she's lying have any idea about how humiliating being raped is AND..... to a certain degree..... how humiliating having a rape kit done on you immediately afterwards is, AND how humiliating it must be to have to relive a rape and tell a police investigator all of the terrible details, AND have to relive the incident during the trial, etc. I think most here that have never experienced being raped or dealt with a woman.... or man..... that has been raped have clue 1. And you wonder why nearly half of all rapes go unreported
  21. CubKilla replied to Steff's topic in SLaM
I'm not likening you to a rapist. I'm likening you and your thinking about this girls past and it's "relevancy" to this case to the majority of guys I have come across in rape cases. Tell me this..... What does this girls past, and what she has done in the past, have to do with what happened in that hotel room THAT NIGHT?
  22. CubKilla replied to Steff's topic in SLaM
Girls that go to guys hotel rooms have it coming to them man! Get with the program
  23. CubKilla replied to Steff's topic in SLaM
And you know this is fact because you were there right? What about the prosecution witnesses that have come forward who occupied the room next to Bryant on the night in question and called hotel security because a woman was screaming for help in Bryant's room? What about the witnesses and hotel security that saw this girl crying outside Bryant's room immediately following the incident in question? The facts of the case will come out in court. Quit spouting off like you know exactly what happened because you don't. Did you not read when I said "possibly" innocent? Just like most everyone here, I have a "guilty" or "not guilty" in my head, but that of course can change. Everything that I've heard so far points to "not guilty" IMO, but, we'll have to wait and see what evidence the DA supposedly has. Stop it. By your posts it is obvious you think Bryant is 100% innocent, that what happened was this girls fault, and that this is a huge set-up.
