  1. Not only did he give up 2 walks, but Gwinette has only scored 4 runs...
  2. Yeah...I really really hope we start setting Engel on the bench as a late inning defensive replacement or pinch runner soon.
  3. Contrary to what others are saying on the board, and to popular belief, tie does not go to the baserunner. The rulebook says the runner needs to beat the throw in order for the runner to be safe. In my opinion, Moncada didn't beat it, looked like a tie to me. So I think they got the call right. But what do I know.
  4. I guess technically the runner has to beat the throw and that was a tie
  5. Shields actually has a decent swing
  6. Great at bat there from Engel. 11 pitch ab
  7. It really is amazing the disparity between our current infield vs the outfield...but the minors system is just loaded with stud outfielders. Just a little disappointing that our center fielder likely won't make the debut until 2020.
  8. Jose hasn't hit a homerun in a while either
  9. I am in love with Yoan Moncada
  10. Look at the rest of the league. They are by no means alone in this
  11. I think Abreu was mad at striking out because he has been scuffling lately. Nothing to do with Perez.
  12. Palka has definitely been quite the nice surprise!! Also, I love random shots of Abreu yelling.
  13. Can you believe if we didn't make those trades, Covey would be like our best starting pitching prospect. Or one of them at least.
  14. It really is fascinating how one game can make your numbers go from crap to really good. He went from having a .000 average to a .300 average in one game lol.
  15. When Davidson goes on these tears, he carries the club and is easily one of the most liked players on the team. When he gets cold though, he is easily one of the most frustrating players to watch play. While he has had his moments so far this young season, I'm not sold yet. Right now, to me he is a rich man's Dayan Viciedo, or a right handed Adam Dunn, with a slightly better average. I need a full season of Davidson before I can decide if he has truly transformed himself. For now, I remain optimistic and anticipate a homerun Everytime he steps up to the plate. I will say, his bombs are always hit extremely hard.
  16. Thought he might be. I saw a shot of him yesterday chatting it up in the dugout.
  17. ReeyyyyyLoooooo
  18. Wow...Davidson loves Kansas City
  19. Decent start from Giolito. Not great, but decent. More command on his pitches. A better team will probably have scored 5 off of him, but take what you get. Progress people...progress.
  20. Nice play TA. Scorer will probably still give him an error...
  21. Welcome back Trayce!! Hope you like CF... And this is supposed to be a pitcher's park
  22. If Avi can ever return to anything near where he was last year...even a .280 average...all we are really missing on offense is a centerfielder, left fielder, and a designated hitter and this is a competitive lineup when healthy. And who the hell is the official score for KC? He has something against Timmy.
  23. Davidson keep eating that KC BBQ baby!!!
  24. Abreu, Moncada, Anderson and Yolmer. And Castillo Yeah that ain't half bad.
