What do you suppose Engel is doing differently?

6/5- Sox at Twins doubleheader, 3:10
Nah Benetti, Rodon being in the dugout doesn't mean anything.

Idk why, but Littell reminds me a lot of Chad Qualls...the way he looks and how he pitches.

Lopez is officially the new Quintana.

Kevan Smith and Juan Minaya called up today
I'm guessing Minaya is just the 26th man and Rodon will be announced after tonight's games or tomorrow

6/5- Sox at Twins doubleheader, 3:10
Minnesota's starters still not announced. My guess is Davidson plays one game at DH and Palka the other, with maybe Davidson playing 1st for Abreu in the other game while he DHs. Renteria with lots of options tonight. We actually have 2 very serviceable designated hitters right now. I would also guess that Rodon maybe gets called up to the big league club after this double header so they can keep the extra rested 26th man on the roster today.

AND THAT'S A WHITE SOX WINNER!!!
Well, I mean technically it's free haha. The smart thing to do would be to buy a $7 ticket or whatever and get to the game when the gates open to get a seat in the bullpen bar. I ended up leaving because I had tickets almost behind the plate but if I had like $20 seats I probably would've stayed.

AND THAT'S A WHITE SOX WINNER!!!
I'm 3-0 at games I attend this year. I think they should hire me to go to the games haha. Atmosphere at the game was fantastic. Had great seats and the craft Kave was a phenomenal experience. Next time, definitely buying $7 dollar tickets and sitting there the entire time. What a fantastic view. Side note...Daniel Palka is HUGE.

Currently at the game. There's gotta be over 30,000 at the park here.

AND THAT'S A WHITE SOX WINNER!!!
Was at the game tonight. I am now 2-0 on the year haha. Maybe I should buy a lotto ticket... Nice crowd tonight. Lots of drunks. We we're all yelling "juuuuice" when Braun stepped up. Then a little 3 year old started yelling it. Everyone was into it. Food was great. Fireworks we're great. Sox win was great. Doesn't get much better for a Friday night.

White Sox sign Labourt MiLB deal, send to AA
Maybe I am wrong, but maybe the reason he is being constantly released by clubs is because they find something out about him shortly after he is acquired? Or is there some kind of financial obligation or roster fill requirement that teams need to satisfy for a short period of time, or something like that?

2018 White Sox catch-all thread
I have tickets to Sunday's game, which would be Rodon's turn in the rotation as it would be 5 days since he last pitched in Charlotte. Covey is scheduled to pitch and no news has been announced about Rodon being called up, but man am I hoping. I would love to see his debut. If I were betting though, I bet they have him pitch in the next series. Him debuting at home though might draw some extra fannies to the park.

Sox have team meeting after game
Just keep following those minor league box scores. The give you hope lol

Craft Kave
Awesome, thanks for that info. Yeah we have really good seats for Sunday, like behind homeplate essentially, but I wanted to check out the cave when the gates open. Sounds like it will be worth it. Will probably stay there for an hour or so and then find our seats before the game starts

Craft Kave
No problem, I'll take what I can get. Thank you!

Craft Kave
Mods feel free to move this thread if it belongs in another spot. I plan on going to the park on Sunday and visiting the Craft Kave for the first time. Just wondering about any opinions on this. How is the beer/food selections? Does it open before the game starts? If so how long before first pitch does it open? How much does it cost to get a spot outside on the patio area? Anything else I should know about it? Is there any other bar/restaurant area I should try at the park first before I go for this one? I appreciate any info/insight/advice!

05/30/18 Sox at Indians 12:10pm
Anyone that is depressed with this team, go ahead and look at the minor league game thread. At least there is hope for the future of this club, even though it feels like there is none sometimes.
