I respect ACC basketball, football is a different story. Besides FSU they have had absolutely no one. This will of course change when Miami and Va Tech join the conference though.

Exactly, my problem with Konerko isn't production (which was pretty poor by any standards this year). Its that he has done nothing to prove he deserves that kind of money except for one half in 2002. Plus, he is as one dimensional of a baseball player as there is.

FSUs defense is way faster than Michigan's offense, I think not. Avant, Edwards, and Breaston are as good of a trio of receivers as any in the country. Also, I agree with Steve, Perry would run all ove FSU.

Another good part from that episode Stewie: "Just because you can't feel your teeth doesn't mean the girl can't feel your insults."

I agree, this episode just happened to be on and those are two of the best moments in that episode IMO.

This show just as so many awesome moments in its short run. I am watching From Method to Madness right now and this episode has one of my favorite Stewie moments ever. The entire rant after Olivia says you are the weakest link is just awesome Oh gosh! That's funny. That's really funny. Do you write your own material? Do you? Because that is so fresh. "You are the weakest link. Goodbye." You know, I've never heard anyone make that joke before. You're the first. I've never heard anyone reference that outside the program before. Because that's what she says on the show, right? Isn't it? "You are the weakest link. Goodbye." And yet you've taken that and used it out of context to insult me in this everyday situation. God, what a clever, smart girl you must be to come up with a joke like that all by yourself. Hmm, that's so fresh, too. Any Titanic jokes you want to throw at me, as long as we're hitting these phenomena at the height of their popularity? Hmm? Cause I'm here. God, you're so funny." Other great moment in that episode Peter after winning yahtzee(while naked) thrust himself at Meg saying In your face, in your face.

Right because we lost to a top 10 team in what was basically a home game for them by only 7 (and were down by only 2 with about a minute to play). In fact, if we hit free throws we very likely win that game.

Yeah, the Big 10 just doesn't look like it is going to be that good this year. U of I, Wisconsin, and Purdue are not overrated though.

I actually agree with you for a change, I still think MSU may be tough by tourney time but right now they are awful. And where is Aboz, I thought MSU had six guys who would start in the backcourt for almost anyone in the country. Those six guys have gotten their asses kicked.

Sorry, but Michigan has no business being eligible for postseason play this year. After the violations that their program committed the NCAA just allowing them to keep their 1 year self imposed ban and the loss of one scholarship, again self imposed is bulls***. Hell, if thats all you need to do why not just go ahead and cheat to win, then you could just put yourself on a one year probation and be fine again.

For Type A I think you get a sandwich pick no matter what. But you also get a pick from the team that you sign. And I think it goes by record not by player ratings. For example the Braves had a better record so they would get a lower round pick than the White Sox. Not 100% sure though.

Oops...I reread my post earlier and I did blame ESPN but not for the reasons you probably think. In the previous sentence I criticized the team for missing free throws and not playing fundamentally sound ball tonight. A lot of the reason for this is fundamentals don't get you on Sportscenter so players just don't practice these as much anymore.

I never said that the Big 10 would beat the ACC. And I said f*** ESPN because the coverage of the game sucked tonight. They cut to interviews of commisioners and to injured players while the game was being played. And home court is huge in college basketball, did you see what we did to UNC last year at our place. Unless you are a vastly superior team it is very difficult to win on the road in the NCAA. Why do you think Duke has lost to FSU at FSU the last couple years. I'll give UNC credit tonight as they played real well, but U of I making only 7 of 18 free throws is what lost them the game.
