Similar to the Rodon situation.. If Moncada has an MVP caliber year (like Rodon had a Cy caliber year), then you have to pick up the option I think. Would be able to trade him in the offseason I'd imagine.

That seems like an overpay on the Orioles side simply due to Povich as the #4. Downgrade that piece quite a bit and I think that's reasonable.
