I saw a bit that they could raising the international cap age to 25 from 23, which means not just one more season, but three seasons. So yes, that would put him here next decade from the sounds of it.

December 2, 20169 yr There was an article that indicated their might be some loopholes for a player like Otani. Also, world series home field advantage goes to team with the best record (tiebreaker is the strength of schedule).

MILB minimum salary of $86,500 for 40-man guys is for guys with a) 1 day in MLB or b) 2nd year on 40-man.
