Probably. His stuff might play much better in the bullpen though. He'll probably still suck but I'm interested to find out.

What's funny is that we have:

 

Robertson

Jones

Swarzak

Jennings

Kahnle

Ynoa

Putnam

Petricka

 

Which, when healthy, is already far too many relievers. This would make it tough for Covey to get any opportunities.

That's what I've been getting at in my posts ha granted, they could just stream pitchers along with the 10-day dl. Seems the Dodgers have been doing that. "Uhhh yeah... Ynoa has arm tightness...better put him on the 10-day dl."
