The good old 28 game losing streak to end a season.

Giolito looking sharp so far

Just was gonna chime in with the same sentiment... he looks like a big leaguer. I think the Gavin Floyd comps may be a bit light.

Reminds me more of Chris Tillman

Agreed. There's an intelligence to the way he pitches that's refreshing to see.

Thing is, his curve has room to get so much better.

He gave up a two-out triple, but comes back to strike out Kiermeier. He didn't panic or start nibbling around. He just went right after the hitter

Which do you take if it reaches its max potential

Rodon's slider

Kopech's fastball

Giolito's curve

JOSE!

Kopech's heater no doubt.

Hanson double, Anderson single, Abreu HR

Duda HR

3-1 Sox

Better start getting that curve over

Can I take Kopech FB potential and add it to Gio curve potential so we get Nolan Ryan ?

It's so interesting to watch someone on the ML level that you know isn't complete, and is working on things as you watch.

You're referring to Benetti, right

Kevin Smith and Adam Engel with doubles for a 4-1 lead. So good to see Kid Engel get that hit. Feel good time

Nice curve!

Throwing a change up to Engel has to be one of the worst pitch calls in the history of baseball. Adam swings and misses like a pitcher on FB's and hard breaking pitches.

Nice Timmy!
