Crazy part is Anderson's range is good. In fact, this year range wise, he's on the verge of playing like his rookie year. It's the routine plays he's awful on. He needs to stop thinking he's Omar Vizquel.

His throws have been off all season unfortunately

Wait are you telling me I got to watch a victory last night, with Moncada going crazy, and tonight I get to watch Reynaldo pitch? What are these fun things and why are they happening?

Any word on if Abreu is playing?   NVM: He's back in the line up.

  • Interesting that Stoney believes Lopez is tipping his changeup

Nice job by Jones. Safe to assume he'll be unavailable for both games tomorrow after back to back long outings

Using Nate for two innings is not sustainable.

?  Greg hates Davidson now that us “statniks” are finally intrigued.

I still love him. Just didn't like the stretch from Game Two until five minutes before last night's game.

Anderson needlessly made that play difficult by looking at the runner on 3B and throwing off balance, but Abreu should have caught the ball. On his end it was shades of his pre-2017 self.

Good job Reylo.

I hate that nickname. Did it stick?

I hope not. El Rey is way cooler

The defense on this team is terrible..

One of the reasons our ceiling is 8 wins per month for a total of 48.

No way we're gonna be able to handle tomorrow without Jones/Avilan+ if this goes to extras...

Abreu with a nice defensive play

This umpire has been awesome

Too bad I didn't go tonight. The last 2 games I've seen in KC Kauffman were KC-Sox games and the Sox won both in 13, 14 innings. This was before the Royals were good. I did not go to one game during their mini dynasty the last few seasons.

The Sox need to extend this game to Matt Davidson.  Wait did I just type that?

In addition to the 26th man, I feel like someone with options will need to be sent down tomorrow to conserve these arms

Wow, very impressive play by Abreu

I'll be honest with you I get really worried every time Anderson throws the ball and I was prepared for the worst on that double play.

wow.  nice play.  hopefully it holds up.

Interesting story told by Benetti about this KC pitcher. Didn't know that about him

What a game from Abreu. After that error he has been terrific defensively and just had an unreal AB.

OH MY LORD...

Matty D killing KC

Wow. Davidson would apparently be a first ballot hall of famer if he were to only ever play the Royals.
