Why couldn't Moncada work the count?

It appears that Omar is the only player in this lineup who has any idea how to  work the count.

Engel swung on 2 pitches outside the strike zone costing us the chance to see what Tilson could do with  the bases loaded.

It fascinates me how careful teams are with him. His entire offensive game is a walk, let him hit it, it won’t hurt you.

Tilson’s got the glove on the right hand, has that taller, slender-yet-built look, and wearing #22... for a second I thought the Sox brought Podsednik back

Work the count?  FFS we were just talking about how he needs to be more aggressive early in the count now that the book is out on how he likes to go deep into counts and see some good pitches go right down broadway.
