Followed by 2 k's looking. Why won't you swing at the ball Zack?

He probably thinks he is Ted Williams.

  • He usually jumps the gun before the event actually is completed.

  • Much, much rather have those than the walks.

Booker 4-5 with a double, a stolen base, an error and an outfield assist.  Gettin his name in the box score!

Sosa with a 2 run home run. Hitting .400,  1 strikeout

Maybe there is something to what Getz said with Zavala being able to handle a staff really well

Wow. Just seems like a really solid night on the farm all around.

Agree hard to call it anything other than progress.

Clearly it's the Zavala effect.

IMO not even worth paying attention to. He has had so few reps last few years.

Wow.  Hopefully they can bottle that up and save it.  I am OK with him giving up some hits and runs, versus giving away games and bullpens with tons of walks.  Hopefully this is the start of something for Carson.  Interesting that this was the first time Seby caught him?  Correlation?  Will be interesting to follow.

Maybe Seby told him to stop throwing the ball 4 ft outside the zone.

Too risky.

I think Eddy Alvarez is still interesting.  We can tell he won't be any major part of the Sox future, but its still fun to root for him to make it to MLB.

Definitely rooting for him, seems like he's mastered AAA

Seby throws out a potential base stealer in the first inning.

I remember he had a phenomenal arm his first go around with KAN

Filth, keep it up Carson, he's shown he can start, just has to be consistent

Don't love those solo shots but 11 K and 1 BB is really, really encouraging.

Hopefully get to see Ruiz, Burr, and Hamilton up this fall

John Parke continues to interest me, doing real well with KAN
