Mods feel free to delete if this is too speculative, but I believe the town that he is from (Aventura) is part of Debbie Wasserman Schultz' district which might explain why he put her name as the return address on all of the packages.

That is one thing that always amazes me when one of these events happens it's rarely if ever like the guy in Nevada. They usually have a rapsheet a mile long. I'm just glad they caught him and everyone is safe.
