The beauty this year though is he is much cheaper so Banuelos can step in until Cease is ready. Will be interesting to see if Cease gets a locked up contract and they bring him up sooner if he destroys AAA.

shields was our 2nd best starter last year. if some one pitches like shields did last year, he'll  be our 3rd best this year.

 Out for the year, Total knee blowout, Terrible. Stepped on home plate and slid like Harper at first base a couple years ago. They gotta do something about that, Completely preventable if the surfaces aren't slick.
