Has any GM added three worse starters than Nova, Santana, and Banuelos in one offseason to fill out their rotation?

Nova:  6.42 ERA

Santana:  Cut after 9.45 ERA in 3 starts

Banuelos:  7.00 ERA

It would have been nicer to see the Sox donate that $10+ million to charity.
