Yo's knee and thigh issues must be better, they've actually been sending him more.

Terrible AB by Anderson. Cost Moncada a SB then proceeds to K on 3 pitches.

This is the most aggressive he's been all year on the base paths. It's great to see. Should've been this way his last 2 years here.

Do we not ever call for a take when stealing? Are the steal and hit and run signs accidentally the same? I don't know if I have ever seen a team erase as many stolen bases by swinging at bad pitches as this team

Does Moncada have a chance to score there if he stole 2B? Shallow, but it was slow to get out there

EDIT: Well now he definitely would have scored.

DOUBLE EDIT: Well now he did score so W/E

My opinion is you don’t go into next year with him as someone you’re relying on.

Before he actually went on the DL he was getting extensive work with trainers on his right knee before games.  There was definitely something nagging him I saw it.

Another terrible base running play by Abreu. Shocker.

What the hell is Abreu doing

The discipline of these players has been so awful over the last decade. Its tiring, the coaching staff is the worst in MLB

He was 40th worst in the MLB with a -1.5 BsR before the game

Yikes. Add in the terribad defense and you can see how he's not even a 2 WAR player.

Yoan wants that 5 fWAR.  He can taste it.

McCann approaching dropping below .270 BA on the season. You can't count on him to start next year. He's a VG backup though.

Careful you can't dare point out that there's more to player value than RBIs and HRs without the peanut gallery coming to white night him.

Looks like you're missing a K there, but don't worry - Gio has enough to share one with ya

Damn I thought Collins got that one.
