Talk about a death kneel to the sport. 

All I hear is how far apart they are and how acrimonious both sides are. I have no optimism. 
 

May 10th settled. First game on June 1st.

Wow.  I was about to come on and say May 1 first game June 1. Great minds think alike.

This actually seems fairly realistic, but I also have a weird optimism that something happens sooner. MLB has really given us no reason to have any faith in them, but for whatever reason I feel like all the bad press will eventually force things through and they don't end up missing that many games.
