Erick Hernandez 2/3 with a triple. Off to a great start so far.

Hah, didn’t know it was a triple because mlb only highlights doubles and homers and milb doesn’t do DSL

Mena with an economical 1st. 10 pitches. Touched 95 on the fastball. One punchout. Strikeout came on the only breaking pitch he threw in the inning.

Any chance it’s planned after two days in LF? Seems on brand for the organization.

Have they hinted how long his rehab assignment will be?

Thompson with 5 Ks through 3.0 IP.

Mena back to being Mena.

Oh. Thompson has 7 K's through 4.0 IP. 0 H. 47 pitches. 33 for strikes.

Mena 4 H 0 BB 8 SO through 6.0 IP.

Cannon Ballers being no hit through 5ish.

Sounds like tomorrow might be Vera day.

Thompson and Mena dominant.  Not sure we have had two important people pitch well on the same day this year.  Lynn with a rough outing.  One more in AAA?

this was good stuff. Liked seeing the changeup and slider show up as punchouts. Aside from fastball though, nothing looked that strong. Glad he's starting to put it together though.

Breaking ball doesn’t have a lot downward, shape bite action. Fastball looked good!

Lance Lynn got destroyed, wow
