A sprain and a bruise on his.....fucking toe? Puts him out of commission?? I will never understand baseball players.

Pitching has been great in the last week but these guys have to start hitting the ball, so much of the lineup in a slump.

Seby had a great game behind and at the plate.

Anderson actually looked good at short.

Say what you want about Donaldson being an ass, but the man can play.

Baseball-Reference has had the Sox at 1-2% to make the postseason most of the time. After yesterday, Sox went from 2 to 4.7%, which is a huge one day jump for where they are.

Fangraphs is at 8.4 to win the Central.

By the way, if the Central winner wins without at least 81 wins, they aren’t allowed to call themselves champions of anything. And a locker room celebration before winning 2 of 3 in the wildcard round would be super lame.

Gio just enhanced his trade value. Hope we capitalize.

Twas a great game. Just enough offense and just enough pitching .

Seeing how the offense performed hasn't made me stop wanting Burger in there.

Can't consistently win on the road against tough competition without run support.

It was an absurd decision by our "over his head" rookie manager, to not start Burger...especially after a walk-off grand slam on Sunday. What normal sane manager does that type of demotivating.

I don't care how good he is...he is still one of, if not the most hated player in baseball and still a loser and POS!

Seby always has a great game behind the plate and it's always superior to Grandal and why he needs to start more.

As I've stated many times, I don't care if Seby's bat is less than Grandal. Seby's defensive abilities far outweigh anything Grandal brings. The fact is, if you played Seby more, he just might produce more because playing more often improves the hitting.

Seby was excellent behind the plate. Bought a ton of calls for Giolito.

He was and always is great behind the plate. He makes all the starters better.

Last night was a bonus with his hitting! However even when it's not there, he should be catching more often.

As we all know, pitching is so vitally important. It's even more critical when you have an anemic hitting team like the Sox team is. Hence why we need Seby behind the plate more for these Sox pitchers.
