I would have liked to have seen it again because I thought he should have made that play. But they quickly moved on.

DJ and Len all over the two bad choices by Shewmake, between the error and then throwing behind the runner at 3B, trying to make an impression.

So much for the renewed focus on defense.

Really three errors this inning...one on Shewmake a physical and one mental.

Sosa continuing to be in the middle of everything...

Grifol continuing to leave pitchers out there for 25-30-35 pitches their first appearance.

 

Would think he might want to actually win a game...even if it's just spring training.  Create a positive mindset, etc.

Blooper LCF barely missed by Payton in CF . Unearned run. 5-3 .

Shewmake botches GB to right side of 2nd base. Then throws behind runner instead of home. Runner on 2nd base just kept going to tie score. 5-5.

Pop out ends inning . All runs unearned.

Everyone knows that there are more errors in Spring Training....it's the dry air.

I don't recall seeing Lee hit a ball out of the infield last season. Would be nice if that trade was not as useless as it looked.
