Chad Kuhl blew it?  I’m shocked!  Nice hanging slider bum.  Yet another nice pickup by Getz.

f*** you Jerry, you pathetic piece of s%*#

Going from Chad Kuhl to Dominic Leone…

Getz should be fired just for this even being a possible bullpen change.

As each day does by, the job Getz did at the deadline looks even worse.  Meanwhile, nice job going 0-4 vs Cubs and getting them back in the wild card race.

Just bring up the rest of the AA roster to fill out the pen.

Kuhl Brebbia Leone Touissant…what’s the point?

Helping to find them big league jobs for 2025?

Getz should be fired for every reason possible.

Can the Sox just forfeit the next 3 games against the Yankees?

Do they really have the pitching to go on an extended run?

The Rangers ran over the Sox and promptly fell right back to Earth.

The Cubs will get a rude awakening once they have to face any team but the Sox.

No.

They just beat the Cardinals and Twins in series and have the easiest schedule left in the NL.  It’s between them, Mets and Braves.  Ironically, it’s their bullpen that has been awesome to bail out any bad starting pitching.

Sosa had a play where he just threw to the mound after an out and Kuhl wasn’t even looking.

Really fortunate that didn’t hurt them a la Baseball Bloopers with Mel Allen.

Two other mental errors by Sosa and Baldwin (not throwing home).

No matter how bad the Sox are, getting swept by the Cubbies is just gross...and the Cubs aren't a .500 ballclub.

Braves look totally dead in the water.  Have lost six consecutive.  Too many injuries.

Cubs really don't have the bulletin or consistent hitting to make the kind of run they need.

They are almost there if they win this one.

They have some really bad old guys in their lineup.

Benintendi might be the best hitter on the team next year.

Gulp.

Let that sink in for a minute.
And try to sell that to potential season ticket buyers.

Vargas 3/36…this seems familiar.

Fletcher Special.

Wilson next?  Sizemore might be worse than Grifol…

Lee and Robert are broken clocks at this point.

Maybe more Sox pitchers need to throw their gloves into the stands like Lopez with the Mets…

Robert as clueless of a hitter as I've seen lately. Why isn't he batting 9th?

The Cubs have barely beat the Sox, probably the worst team of all time, in all 4 games. Barely. The Cubs are not a good team.

How do you let Julks bat there?  Yeah, Sizemore has made some terrible decisions already.

Or you know, why didn’t Getz acquire him

He might do even worse damage in the offseason.
