What rah rah stuff ? There's always good things happening along with the bad.

I'm encouraged by the pitching and defense so far.  Might have hitting reinforcements once they get the extra year on a few guys or at the latest after they trade or DFA more guys.

So many prospects to follow in the minors.

I could do without all the Tommy Johns though . An acceptable amount is one thing. 6 is crazy and the year has barely started.

There were a lot of eyes on them both and a lot of people everywhere excited about them as prospects. How could so many be wrong is what you should be asking. It's not like the Sox were on an island by themselves. Do you think if the Sox didn't take Madrigal or Vaughn they would have not been in the top 5 picks ? Would they have fallen from the top 10 1st round picks ? There weren't a lot of people here who didn't love Vaughn. I know one guy here who was famous for having  doubts who routinely admitted he had mental health issues used to take a lot of s%*# about because he routine questioned taking a 1st baseman that early. I can't remember his user name. Parker ? Yes the fictional White Sox slugger from Major League 2.

He he have had some mental issues but he was right about some things. He always used to say the Sox needed to pick a lane and that it was stupid to trying to compete if you couldn't put financial resources into superstars to finish off a rebuild or even just compete. If you can't do that then commit to infrastructure and try to operate like the Rays. He was right .

Weird how saying bad things happen when you scrape the bottom of the barrel for players in a rebuild is like being a genius. 

Every team throws wild pitches and allows 2 out RBIs even the Dodgers. They gave up 1 run in ea of the 1st 2 games.and no they can't hit .

Just wait OMG they will commit errors too though they haven't yet in 2 games. Flawless baseball does not exist ever in any game.

I should just be Captain Obvious and join the parade of sorrow too. I might win the day and think I'm an influencer because I scream DFA bad players so more bad players can get a chance.
