If someone were called up on the 10th, then that should be day one and they are the roster for April for 21 days. When calculating the duration of a period you need to take the difference in end dates and then add one. So in this case, 30 - 10 + 1 = 21. For this purpose, I would imagine this is the correct methodology. I think you guys are talking past each other here calculating the same thing two different ways.
