.660 ops   Is that good enough for Sosa, accounting for not being a great runner, being a below average fielder and then fundamentals/baseball IQ issues from time to time?  Really think you need to be in that 675-725 OPS range to not be a 0-1.0 fWAR type of contributor with his overall profile.  There's just not ONE skill on the baseball field that he really excels at, or one tool that can carry him on the defensive and base paths side of things.

Elko is 4/24 on the season, but still has a higher OPS than Palacios Vaughn Robert and Rojas, lol.

Ofc, his days are numbered anyway with Tauchman and Benintendi coming back soon.

 

Hopefully Palacios is also sent down, or they DFA Capra, as it's not like anyone in baseball will claim him anyway.

If Meidroth could add 20-25, even 30 steals per season...that would be HUGE for him to make up for some of his power deficit as a hitter.
