Already Robertson in LF helps turns a single into a double with a bonehead play.

This effort is pathetic.  Bobbling balls, not holding runners, bad diving attempts, no framing.

Getz, please don’t bring Perez back

All the good things we saw for a few months are being erased with some horrible baseball this past week.

"Veteran leadership."

Well, that could have been much worse...

Well we escaped with only 1 run by the O’s.

Bright spots of late have been Meidroth and Leasure.

These at bats are just so awful.

There's not a worse team in baseball at producing outfielders than the White Sox the last five years.

Whether it's FA or internally.

Robertson and Fletcher just scream limited upside/fifth place team.

Why isn’t Beni in the lineup against a righty?

Has a homer last night and sits today, Venable sometimes perplexes me.

We have a AAA outfield today.

Pythagorean W-L: 67-85, 608 Runs, 695 Runs Allowed    Underperforming that by a full 10 games.

Not doing the little things to win tight games, this past weekend ln Cleveland was a perfect example.

Bad teams typically end up losing more games than they should.

Sosa is fading into oblivion.

Meanwhile other teams are stealing second and third against the Sox...1st/2nd no outs.

He swung at 3 balls. Could've been a walk, bases loaded no outs, turns into a DP.

I think they will be solid up the middle with Robert, Montgomery, Meidroth and Teel.  Everywhere else needs serious consideration for upgrades, especially defensively.

$10 million is too much for Perez if they're also picking up Robert's option.

Just let those youngsters take their lumps.

Agreed, you just know Perez and Tauchman will break down in April.

Can't really disagree with any of that. Where are they going to make upgrades though? Benintendi isn't going anywhere. They almost certainly bring back Tauchman otherwise why the hell wasn't he moved at deadline time. Then you got guys like Vargas and Sosa they almost certainly don't move off from. There's not a whole lot of room to do anything unless they get creative with it, which I have no faith in.

Benintendi to DH.  Tauchman wasn’t traded due to family situation.

DH is tricky especially if they continue to move forward with this Quero / Teel split thing that I think just sucks personally. I am going to assume Tauchman is back, because I can't believe they don't bring him back and also chose to not get any value for him to do him a personal favor.
