If he was running on the pitch it’s still a stolen base. And it’s passed ball not pass ball. And it wasn’t Peters’ ball, it was Acuna’s. Learn the game.

Right now the problem with Getz as GM is the problem with Getz as head of player development: he can't SCOUT. He has absolutely zero eye for talent. At least Hahn preferred tools, even if a guy had ze

How some of you guys have watched baseball as long as you have and think that was Peters' ball is crazy. CF has the gaps. This is LL stuff. You have to back off as a corner guy if he misses it he miss

Paez coming in...why has the rule 5 guy pitched so much? Venable just conceding.

Because the starters absolutely suck and can’t provide innings

The short guy behind the tall guy should have caught that? OK.

I thought position players couldn’t come in unless down 8?

I love watching Getz acquisitions fail spectacularly

Bring Grant in for 1.1 innings imo.

Fedde pitched well enough, he's probably been our best starter so far imo

He just has no idea what constitutes a good player in this era. He loves his terrible power utility guys way too much.

It’s almost like the coaching staff told Peters to get the f*** out of the way next time.

You are addressing the wrong group. There's a team out there that could use that advice.

Pen so bad

that is becoming more common in baseball

Looking at the schedule, I was concerned about a slow start and made a post about that. Now coming into Chicago with the rain for the Opener against the Jays....This is depressing for us fans.

Wipe off your jism, sir.

Good lord this broadcast sucks. Instead of showing a replay of close 3-2 pitch, they show a meaningless AB from last inning.

I think it was a strike but probably worth a challenge on 3-2.

lol at getting every home plate umpire reinterference on the hot mic with zero crowd interference

Except how many relievers throwing 97+ compared to a decade ago?

10+ strikeouts just shouldn’t happen against Junk and pen.

I can almost hear how he sold Jerry on the job.

"Jerry, we don't have to limit ourselves to 1 David Eckstein, what if we had a whole roster of them?"

Jerry picks up phone screaming "FIRE KENNY AND RICK NOW! WE HAVE OUR NEXT LEADER!!!"

There’s so much more truth to this than you’d want to believe
