Enlighten me ?I don't think Nishida's a very good defender. He doesn't cover shortstop, so he's mostly a backup corner OF and 2B.

Monday?Nishida should be able to fulfill a limited the role even if it just to pinch hit or pinch run. Mune and Nishida on the same team would at minimum be interesting. Nishida's personality is off the charts.

Could also have Vargas cover short and Mune to third..if necessary. It's hard to find square pegs for square holes and round pegs for round holes to complete the board. Therefore, it takes a little "thinking outside the box" as Cali said. For example, Sam is an infielder playing in the OF, but he is one of the spark plugs on a team that is doing OK right now. I would have preferred Bergolla but he's hurt and doesnt play OF.
