Not just that. The defense has been really bad.

Been bad for a long time. Colson has lost this team a few games on defense alone

They won?

They were about to blow it . I was going for the reverse jinx. It worked.

Feels like since that Boston series before the break things have started going sideways

They were making excuses a week or so ago saying it’s cuz he keeps playing 3rd….hopefully Roch can be ready to take his place sooner than later and we can move him to 3rd/dh

The A's being terrible helped gloss over some things from that series.

Also holy s%*# Walker...quit fouling everything off.

I think Burke is gassed.

Exactly, I’m ready for Meidroth at SS, Antman at 2B and Hays, Grichuk or Pereira in LF.

Meidroth grades as just average to slightly below there.

Acuna's the better defender...

As far as buying goes, I'd say either nibble around or take a big swing that you might have done anyway in the offseason. I'm not a fan of paying big talent to get a reliever unless you have a loaded club with a thin bullpen. Also not a fan of paying top of market prices for a starter.

Half the lineup is slap hitters, and if the power guys slump…it gets ugly. Braden’s lack of power is disappointing, as he’s shown less power than Peters and Antonacci

This game is over, inexperience is starting to crop up.

It feels that way. This offense is so frustrating to watch tonight. The defense doing Burke no favors either. I hope they don't trade for much honestly. This team has more problems then just starting pitching right now.

fucking pathetic

I feel bad for him. If the Montgomery's don't both f*** up he gets out of that with 1 run.

Only controllable players. Don’t sell out for this particular team.

But Meidroth can hit and he will make plays that Colson can’t. Acuna is the utility guy.

What's the best player I can get in exchange for the husk of William Bergolla?

This gaping hole at catcher is getting old already

Yeah this offense basically goes with Vargas and Colson. If they're both giving you nothing it's tough to score.

Quero sucked back at AAA, why are they acting like he did anything to get recalled.

Steve Stone is one of the all-time fatphobes lol

Which genius at CHSN decided to put this giant ticker in without adjusting the aspect ratio of the game? Pure amateur hour.

He used to point out the skinny blonde smokeshows with Harry at Wrigley.

This ticker is out of control. Amateur hour.

Really would be good to see a Mune bomb here to snap em out of the funk
