I have always looked at that word as more neutral...like the outfit that Shailene Woodley wore to the Emmy's was quite provocative

He certainly deserves that. But he also deserves questioning his lineup construction, his stubbornness when it comes to lefty/righty, his bullpen usage and of course the Schultz debacle.
