    They really needed to bring a guy with some experience. I really get the feeling the Bears are going to take a step back, while a rookie coach learns all of the tricks of the trade.

    If Grimm is hired over Luvie Smith, unless it has something to do with Smith wanting a lot more money then he deserves, I will be super pissed.

    Luvie Smith is ready! The Rams fans love him, they want him to be their head coach. He is a leader, he is aggressive, and he knows what he is doing.

    Grimm is coming out of the blue like Jauron did. Hire Grimm and this team takes another step back.

     

    This year may have sucked, but it was a step forward. We were suppose to win 2 or 3 games and the Bears won 7. A good coach can take this talent to the playoffs next year.
