May 29, 200421 yr Frank looks like he's swinging the bat well. I'm actually encouraged by the balls he hits to the warning track. And he has become a much better hitter since he quit trying to yank everything to the LF foul pole. He is looking center-away much more, and it is paying its dividends.

I've also noticed that most of his home runs have been line-drives, as opposed to fly-balls. His plate coverage has also been better this season, perhaps indicative of his efforts to use the entire field.
