June 22, 200421 yr Well, if I were your brother, I would kick your real brother's ass, and we can watch the sox game (and if hes a cub fan, beat him harder..) He is watching the Astros game, atleast I can give him credit for that...
June 22, 200421 yr Well, we're losing this one. Probably won't win either. We had our shot when CC made a jackass of himself in the 2nd innning, it's a shame that ball was hit right to the right fielder.
June 22, 200421 yr So it is top of the 6th I am presuming? Holy crap you have 77 posts in this thread. Settle down there before we all get fat on spam.
June 22, 200421 yr Holy crap you have 77 posts in this thread. Settle down there before we all get fat on spam. Do I really?
June 22, 200421 yr I'll give credit to Schoeneweis for keeping us in the game after his terrible start. Sox didnt stand a very good chance to win this game, and doesnt look like they will. Tomorrow is a huge game with Loaiza vs Elarton.
June 22, 200421 yr We need to score some f***ing runs. Geez. This is getting sad here. You don't realize how important Maggs really is until he is gone.
June 22, 200421 yr Holy crap you have 77 posts in this thread. Settle down there before we all get fat on spam. Like I said earlier.. someone wants to get to 1,000 post rather quickly..
June 22, 200421 yr But really...how important IS Mags? Granted, he's a huge upgrade over Timo...but it's not like he was tearing the cover off the ball when he went down. I understand his presence in the lineup and such is key, as well as his defense, but his hitting (at the time he went down) could be replaced or the "deficit" could be less noticable if his replacements actually played well. I'll tell you one thing I learned with him out, this team SHOULD NOT pay 14 million a year for him. End of story.
June 22, 200421 yr Sabathia is a stud...I wish we could rip him out of Cleveland's hands, but that's just wishful thinking.
June 22, 200421 yr Do I really? And by posting useless crap like that you get 80+ posts in one thread... :headshake
June 22, 200421 yr As of late, I really like the approach Paul Konerko is taking at the plate. He is seeming to wait for his pitch, and once he gets it, hits it hard. Rowand a rip right at the SS who gets an error.
June 22, 200421 yr Sabathia is a headcase, see 2nd inning. No thanks on this guy. He'll end up going Bartolo Colon style on us. If Sabathia pitches 8 innnings at least, then no way we win this game.
