MEANS Posted June 28, 2004 Share Posted June 28, 2004 I was away this weekend so it is nice to come back and see we took 2 from the Cubs and the twins keep losing. The trade is interesting, nice to get freddy but to lose mo, I don't know what to think of this yet. A nice long winning streak would help us forget about losing mo. GO SOX. MEANS Posted June 28, 2004 Share Posted June 28, 2004 yeah I was in pitt for a wedding, saw Kip wells (on tv) pitch a nice game only to have the pitt bullpen lose it for him....anyway when i heard the trade i immediately expected everyone to be upset about losing Reed, but then i saw miggy's name as well and my jaw hit the floor. It's not that I don't like the trade, it's just that I was suprised MO was gone. Reed could be dealt because we have such depth in the outfield, but Olivo gone = .
