For one thing the recommended course of treatment was to stay off the ankle for about a week while the shot has a chance to take effect, how do we know that isn't what he was doing. If Frank laying down somewhere else is going to help him get better faster then sitting, standing, and walking out in the dugout then I say let him stay home and rest. If Frank weren't pushing for the HOF, or earning an exaggerated paycheck, he would have retired already. Has anyone ever seen or heard any love for the game from Frank? I know that applies to many if not most ballplayers, but Frank oftentimes seem to be the worst example.
