Well, I'll be damned. I guess it was premature to call BMac's performance #1 of the week b/c this has got to beat it. Nice games by Nelson (needs to be a sept. call-up) and Hankins too.

I gotta think that Yofu would get a call up in september, doesn't he have something rediculous like 7 pitches? And hasn't he been tossed back and forth between the rotation and the pen? That would be a nice thing to have on a pitching staff.

August 2, 200421 yr Birmingham Box It looks as if Jeff Little was called up to W-S b/c he got the save tonight, pitching 3 innings, only giving up 1 hit, and allowing 0 runs. W-S Box Bristol Box Great Falls lost 4-3. Russell made his first pro start and did very well. He gave up 1 ER on 3 hits in 6 innings. Great Falls Box

Believe it or not BMac's performance just got topped, and I so gotta eat crow on this one. I said the only way that would get beat is from BMac himself. Really out of nowhere for Yofu.
