He has had an awful year...but he always busts his ass, he rarely complains, he is a team leader, and he's a great person. I hope that once he retires, he is brought back as a coach. He has had an awful year...but he always busts his ass, he rarely complains, he is a team leader, and he's a great person. I hope that once he retires, he is brought back as a coach. I honestly feel he would be a very gifted coach. What he said goes for me too. I'll never bash Jose. He may be "done" but he gave us 4 decent seasons.
