September 29, 200421 yr Author Telling it like it is. Atlanta will not roll over this weekend. I am sure they wil lhave thoughts of last years playoffs in their heads. Hopefully Rusch can blow it tomorrow and give a game to the Reds.
September 29, 200421 yr Chipper Jones= my new favorite Brave...not that I had one before. The resident DUI man Rafeal Furcal will be so disappointed he hasn't won your praise instead.
September 29, 200421 yr The resident DUI man Rafeal Furcal will be so disappointed he hasn't won your praise instead. What am I thinking?! Antonio Alfonseca is obviously my favorite player on the Braves!
September 29, 200421 yr Here are his comments on the upcoming series against the Chokers and Wrigley Field As Chipper Jones has stated, "We'd just as soon kick their butts, so we won't have to go back to that dump." lol. I think the comments were funny. But make no mistake about it. The Braves want no part of the Cubs in the first round. We saw what their pitching could do to their offense last year. That's why I fully believe the Braves will go all out in this upcoming series to help ensure the Giants or Astros win th wc.

October 3, 200421 yr Chipper Jones rocks!? So does John Vander Wal. According to the Boston Globe: Reds pinch hitter John Vander Wal, who is retiring this season, was less than nostalgic on his last visit to Wrigley Field. "The playing field stinks, the clubhouse is terrible, the dugout is terrible," Vander Wal said. "The atmosphere, with the fans and all, is great, but the facility needs to be completely refurbished the way they did Yankee Stadium a few years ago. They didn't ruin Yankee Stadium, did they?"
