Here are his comments on the upcoming series against the Chokers and Wrigley Field

As Chipper Jones has stated, "We'd just as soon kick their butts, so we won't have to go back to that dump."

Telling it like it is. :headbang

Atlanta will not roll over this weekend.

I am sure they wil lhave thoughts of last years playoffs in their heads.

Hopefully Rusch can blow it tomorrow and give a game to the Reds.

The resident DUI man Rafeal Furcal will be so disappointed he hasn't won your praise instead. ;)

What am I thinking?! Antonio Alfonseca is obviously my favorite player on the Braves!

lol. I think the comments were funny. But make no mistake about it. The Braves want no part of the Cubs in the first round. We saw what their pitching could do to their offense last year. That's why I fully believe the Braves will go all out in this upcoming series to help ensure the Giants or Astros win th wc.

I have one question. Who names their son chipper?

His real name is Lawrence (Larry)

Who names their kid qwerty? :huh

His real name is Larry Wayne Jones. Chipper is his nickname from when he was a kid because he was a "Chip" off the old block, aka his father. The nickname has been with him since he was young.

If you call me Larry, I'll f***ing kill ya.

Chipper Jones rocks!? So does John Vander Wal.

According to the Boston Globe:

Reds pinch hitter John Vander Wal, who is retiring this season, was less than nostalgic on his last visit to Wrigley Field. "The playing field stinks, the clubhouse is terrible, the dugout is terrible," Vander Wal said. "The atmosphere, with the fans and all, is great, but the facility needs to be completely refurbished the way they did Yankee Stadium a few years ago. They didn't ruin Yankee Stadium, did they?"

I love that quote Chipper, Amen I tell ya.
