December 21, 200421 yr If Tony armas get non tendered, he could be a very good option. Munson intrigues me. He can be a good a LH bat power for us although he doesnt hit much for avg.

To an extent...because it is really they don't see him as being worth the money because he'd be in line for a raise. They are trying to keep him as a part of the team, but want to sign a contract and not go to arbitration with him.
