Boras also indicated that each of the five teams has met or exceeded his asking price of $112 million for seven years, a claim that no one seems to be buying. The Mets, Astros and Cubs are the known bidders for Beltran, and it's assumed that the Yankees are still in it, though they're hoping to push things back to next week.
