Irony. :P

It's seriously hell to sleep at my dads house. I keep my room at school very cold when I go to bed cause I need a cold room to sleep and my room here at my dads is just brutally warm cause he keeps the house so freakin hot.

If I have a piece of equipment that states on it's power label the following:

Power: 480V 60Hz 3phase

Line Current: (amps per phase) 33.0

Does that mean it needs 99.0 amps (33.0 x 3 phases) or 11.0 amps (33.0 / 3)?

I think it is 99.0 amps. Am I correct?

I was told there would be no math in this thread. . .

My coworker is dismantling some equipment that will be remantled in Barbados so we are trying to figure that one out. Kinda fun since neither of us really know that much about motors.

I know someone has to know this.

What is the name of that old computer game similar to the likes of Tetris and Breakout where there are balls bouncing around and you have to click to make vertical and horizontal lines to trap the balls in separate areas and get them in the smallest possible area?

Grammar question for Soxy...

what's the proper usage for the possessive?

"That's PA's Wife's car" that looks weird, is it right?

It looks weird, but that's probably how I would write it, sorry, don't know the answer on that one.

Got off of work early today and than my team and I went to a brewery down in SD for lunch, had two beers and kicked back before we left for the holiday.

The last work day before Christmas is certainly one of the better working days of the year. It's not like you do anything during the day anyway (or at least that was the case in my office).

AW! Thanks!

We got out at 4 yesterday. I think if they hadn't taken a 2.5 hr lunch we might have been launched at 3. Oh well, not like much of anything was done post noon anyway lol.

On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me......a Brandon McCarthy jersey.....:P
