That way Marky-Mark will try that much harder to win a lot of games early on so that he won't have to defer until last game of the season. Also, since he is pretty much set on leaving the Sox very soon, he first needs to win 20 games for AL team before crossing over to NL- you know, for "the history books" I hope Colon goes 19-4 with a ton of no decisions that our bullpen wins. so he will have the incentive to want to come back next year and "finish the business" before going to the Yankees.
