grandstandsox.com

The best thing is all the players that hang in there sometimes. I remember seeing Jose V in there last year and just being casual.

I got a buehrle authentic road one w/ AS patch on it for '03 xmas. Authentics are worth the money, they look so much better.

No doubt about it. I have a '83 Thomas jersey, and it has the cool side patch of old comiskey. Yeah, I know, Thomas in an '83 jersey!?! Remember, he has worn it on turn back the clock day. Its bad ass.

I know the whole Retro 1983 jerseys are in right now, but god those were ugly. I was never so happy with a uniform as when they went to the late 80's look and dumped that horrid 83 jersey.

I'd go with the World Series version.

I would too, that'd really be awesome.

I just checked a couple of sites and the cheapest I found the 1917 jersey is $235...dayummm I would have to call Triple Threat Sports to see if they carry it....

Do they have this one at Grandstand?

I wanna try it on in person before I decide to buy.

they have so many sox hats, its hard to believe they wouldn't have it. I'm sure you could call and ask.

Guess who has a signed #24 Borchard jersey? Me.

And a #24 Crede signed jersey? Oh yeah, definitely me.

And a #52 signed Garland jersey? Me.

At elast I have an authentic sleeveless Buehrle jersey.

I just bought an adjustable 'green sox' St. Patty's day hat. It's my Sox purchase for the year.

I do have the 2001 "1917" Sunday throwback jersey. Number 31 on the back (guess who that is).

I got the green hat last September during the halfway to St Pats. game.

disagree imensely. The 83 uni is a classic and clean look that will definatley stand out as one of the best that they have worn.

Preach on brother Raines. I'm with you on that one, hence spending $200 on it. Ouch.

I wanna see if and how much it would be if Grandstand could convert my incorrect customized 1985 jersey into a 1983 jersey.

Remember there is still ebay to find Sox clothes especialy if you don't mind slighty used stuff fora lot less cash then for the new stuff.

If i was to get a throwback, it'd definitely be the 1917/19 style. I absolutely lvoe those.

I love them too, just not enough to post twice about them.
