Mr. Iguchi crushed that ball.

Welcome to the party Tadahito!

Ear to ear smile with a Boone-esq bat flip.

I f***ing hate when Juice Boone flips his bat like an asshat, but must say I didn't mind seeing Gooch do it :P

Watching the KC telecast and seeing Tony Pena talk to a little girl about how Royals Baseball is all about winning and having fun made me laugh. A lot.

No one is going to believe me, but my eyes widened when I saw the catcher lining up on the inside corner.  I was saying to myself, "mistake right here", and sure enough -- bye bye.

Congrats, Tadahito!  :cheers

Not to brag, but I predicted Tads' first ML homer on another forum. But, I agree. :cheers

Keep predicting and delivering, Herbert Perry. :D

Well, it was a good night to pick it. :cheers

Tonight was the night, if ever. Iguchi has been stellar against soft tossers -- or, pitchers who have a slow changeup (like Santana). Anderson doesn't have enough on his fastball to blow it by anyone, so, when I saw the catcher sitting on the inner half of the plate -- I got real, real happy for Tadahito.

Welcome aboard Mr. Perry!!! :cheers

I'm stuck watching mlb.tv and the royals announcered just talked about how the sox are a national media story, but in the chicago media they are behind both the bulls and cubs.

 pretty funny

Dye with 2 hits tonight!!

Break outta it JDye! :gosox1:

Thanks...and who didn't love the milkman?

On a serious note, PK and Dye better start pulling their weight soon. And that's a lot of weight for Konerko to be pulling (couldn't resist).

2 Hits for Dye!!!

I see someone has been watching their Tom Emanski videos.

2-2 for Jermaine!

Howdy all!! Great hustle by Dye to get into 2nd on that one... too bad AJ didnt' do anything behind him.

Tied at 2 after 4 innings of play.

You know whats *NOT* funny, is that currently, with when and if any games are on the line, I'm hoping that the "Black Hole" isn't due up to bat. That being #3 #4 and #5. I honestly hope that we have the top or bottom of our order due up in do or die situations, and something needs to be done about that, because I'm sure the bottom isn't going to keep delivering as they currently are.

And as I type this Dye is beginning to show signs of life. :headbang

and with a runner on 2nd, AJ swings at a s*** pitch and pops out.

We head to the 5th, tied at 2

Buehrle strands the lead-off double at third.

After 5 1/2, Things all tied up at 2.

What's Buehrle's pitch count at? Just, 'cause, Neal Cotts is warming up. I didn't think Buehrle was already nearing 90-100...

With the exception of Gooch and Dye, our offense looks clueless tonight.

lets hope Mark is not hurt

Crede and A.J. have awful bat speed right now. I know they're both banged up, but they're barely getting the bat through the zone.

Ah, the old lazy pop up to the right side. I used to call that the "Graffanino special"

Based on how he hits us, is there a hitter in the bigs that you like to see less than Mike Sweeney? He's not the best out there, but he absolutely kills us.
