The former Stanford Cardinal quarterback and outfielder received a record $5.3 million signing bonus. Especially for us "out-of-towners" who can't get the grit and gristle of what happens behind the White Sox scenes, articles like this help us to know more about the organization as a whole, from the minor league affiliates to the big league club. Let me ask you something though, and I really hope you don't take offense to this because my intention is only to try to make it even better than it already is. Do you have an editor or proofreader? The group of us edits each other, but editing my work can sometimes be tough cause I'm not exactly brilliant with my choice of words, lol. Would you like me to email you the articles? I have one right now I could shoot your way. I know it still needs some touch ups in terms of me adding content and filtering it though. I don't know why I liked him, but I just did even though he was always old for the level he played at. This is gonna sound bad from a guy that's supposed to know about our minors, but is Bounds in our system still? And if so, where? Sorry, I've been real busy w/ finishing up school and with lacrosse, so I haven't been following the minors much at all so far.
